●Engagement & Participation Mechanisms: Designed and executed engagement programs including daily check-ins, PnL sharing, and quiz-based activities, encouraging rational discussion and user participation; message volume increased by 2–3× during campaign periods 

●User Behavior & Sentiment Insights: Continuously monitored user sentiment and trading feedback, iterating content cadence and community rules (pinned guidelines, topic moderation, risk reminders) to reduce churn and mitigate negative sentiment amplification

●Cross-functional Collaboration: Aligned closely with futures product and marketing teams on campaign timing and community messaging, ensuring consistent communication and controlled risk exposure
